2008 Exhibitor Booth Space
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given prior to June 15,
2008 of all fees paid.
After June 15, 2008 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After July 1, 2008 no refunds will be given
for any fees paid.
2008 Attendee
Registration Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given prior to July 15,
2008 of all fees paid.
After July 15, 2008 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After August 1, 2008 no refunds will be given
for any fees paid.
2008 Sponsor
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will NOT be given for any
Sponsorship Options
O nly
partial refunds of 75% of the total paid will be
given to any
Sponsor who notifies us within 30 days of their
purchase that they
wish to cancel their sponsorship for the 2008
trade show.
N o
other refunds will be given for any fees paid as
online and
email advertising have been provided to the
sponsor in good faith.
2008 Print
Advertising Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given prior to June 01,
2008 of all fees paid.
After June 01, 2008 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After June 15, 2008 no refunds will be given
for any fees paid.
NO REFUNDS will be
available or given for all other
forms of print advertising (show bags,
wristbands, etc.)
because the items will have been purchased for
the
advertiser with their custom logo imprinted.
