2008.

Due to the overwhelming number of vendors and
exhibitors registering for Fetish Con over the
past several years, we have decided that a juried
system of registration is now necessary. A
juried system will allow for a better mix of vendors
and exhibitors within the showroom. It will
also help vendors and exhibitors by not having too
many of one type of product at the show.

All exhibitors must file and register with the State Of
Florida for a Sales and Use Tax
certificate. You must have this certificate if you are selling anything at
the trade show,
and it must be visible for the general public within your booth/exhibitor
space.

Full refunds will be given prior to June 15,
2008 of all fees paid.
After June 15, 2008 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After July 1, 2008 no refunds will be given

Wireless Internet Access: $100.00 (for the weekend)
(Exhibitor Internet Access will run from Friday
through Sunday)
Please note: The WiFi in the showroom will NOT be available to all vendors
as some may think, it is
a closed system. Only the vendors who have
purchased access will be able to connect to the internet
with specific user
names and passwords. The WiFi system in place at the hotel is not like the
systems
many people are familiar with,
it is not an open system that anyone can tap into for access. |
