payment is made and accepted.

Chargeback Policy
If any attendee requests a
chargeback after having attended the trade show
they will be banned from
attending for the life. All paperwork and
signatures obtained during registration are held
on file and are
matched back to any contested charge we receive.
Your card will be billed by THE DV8 DESIGN
GROUP
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND BE AWARE OF THIS
STATED POLICY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
2012 Exhibitor Booth Space
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given prior to July 01,
2012 of all fees paid.
After July 01, 2012 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After July 15, 2012 no refunds will be given
for any fees paid.

Full refunds will be given prior to July 01,
2012 of all fees paid.

2012 Sponsor
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will NOT be given for any
Sponsorship Options
O nly
partial refunds of 75% of the total paid will be
given to any
Sponsor who notifies us within 30 days of their
purchase that they
wish to cancel their sponsorship for the 2012
trade show.
N o
other refunds will be given for any fees paid as
online and
email advertising have been provided to the
sponsor in good faith.

Advertising Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given prior to June 01,
2012 of all fees paid.
After June 01, 2012 only partial refunds of
half of the total paid.
After June 15, 2012 no refunds will be given
for any fees paid.
NO REFUNDS will be
available or given for all other
forms of print advertising (show bags,
wristbands, etc.)
because the items will have been purchased for
the
advertiser with their custom logo imprinted.
