Registration Information
2013 Booth Registration Cancellation Policy- Full refunds will be given prior to July 01, 2013 of all fees paid.
- After July 01, 2013 only partial refunds of half of the total paid.
- After July 15, 2013 no refunds will be given for any fees paid.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be 18 or Older to attend this event. No exceptions to this rule will be allowed,
and all attendees must show a photo ID upon on-site registration to be granted entry into the event.
7% TRADE SHOW SALES TAX FOR TAMPA
All exhibitors must file and register with the State Of Florida for a Sales and Use Tax certificate. You must have this certificate if you are selling anything at the trade show, and it must be visible for the general public within your booth/exhibitor space.

Single 8' x 10' Booth Space with Single Electrical Connection
(all fees are subject to 7% FL trade show sales tax)

Internet/WiFi Access - $200.00
Wireless Internet Access: $200.00 (for the weekend)

With this option you will receive the following:
- Exhibitor Internet Access will run from Friday through Sunday
- The WiFi in the showroom will NOT be available to all vendors as some may think, it is a closed system.
- Only the vendors who have purchased access will be able to connect to the internet with specific user names and passwords.
- The WiFi system in place at the hotel is not like the systems many people are familiar with, it is not an open system that anyone can tap into for access.
